Booking & Cancellation
Cancellations made within 7 days of the game date are strictly non-refundable. For bookings canceled more than 7 days in advance, a 50% refund may be issued. A full refund is only available if a booking is made at least 14 days prior and canceled within 24 hours of booking. All cancellations must be submitted via email. For bookings of 50+ players, a 50% refund requires a minimum of 3 months' notice, otherwise no refund applies. If UKPaintball cancels due to circumstances beyond their control (e.g., severe weather), no refund is given, but an alternative date will be offered. Postponements or date changes require 20 days' notice and incur a £20 administration fee. Refunds are ultimately at UKPaintball’s discretion.

Amazing! my daughter had a great birthday experience as did her friends. staff were excellent, no complaints at all.
Ricky at the Redditch place is such a great person. I was the organiser for my group of 11 and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Many of us were first-timers and Ricky was sure to explain the safety requirements. Great customer experience from all the staff at the venue. Totally worth it!
