Booking & Cancellation
Labyrinth Escape Rooms has a strict cancellation and reschedule policy due to the live event nature of the games. Bookings are final, and no changes, cancellations, or reschedules are allowed less than 24 hours before your scheduled session. If you need to reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, your deposit of $55 (or the deposit for that room if multiple were booked) will be forfeited, and any remaining balance will be issued as a credit note. Same-day bookings are non-cancellable and non-reschedulable. Refunds are not issued for confirmed bookings, or if fewer participants attend than originally booked; a credit note will be provided for the price difference in such cases. For multi-room bookings, cancelling a room with over 24 hours notice means the deposit is transferred to your total balance.

Amazing outing with family to solve and escape the room. The ZEN room had wonderful obstacles and took each of us to solve the clues. Tiana was a great Game Master who helped at a point and was very humble and helpful. Highly recommended. More members = more fun

Oliver, our friendly game master really made our girls night fun. Probably the most exciting escape room I ever been. Oliver was very attentive and helped us out when we lost track. Truly received a friendly service and immersed us to our circurse room very well.
