Booking & Cancellation
Delta Force Paintball generally maintains a non-refundable policy for all bookings. An exception is made for bereavements of immediate family members within seven days of the event, requiring an application with a death certificate for a refund. For online or phone bookings (which incur a 6.99% service fee), bookings can be changed to another date, and credits are issued for no-show players, valid for future visits, subject to availability. If a player fails to attend, their prepayment and paintballs are forfeited, but credits may apply. In cases of Force Majeure Events (extreme weather, etc.), a credit for the full booking value will be issued instead of a refund, transferable to another person or future booking.

Absolutely brilliant, looked after the kids, safety was paramount, also excellent with the spectators kept us warm with hot water bottles and blankets. Would highly recommend.
My twins really enjoyed to celebrate their 12th birthday by having a paintball party. They said that it was their best birthday party! Fantastic team there. Very well looked after. I was given blankets and hot bottles to keep me warm while waiting for the boys to finish.
Absolutely loved our day out, could not have asked for more! The staff were courteous and even made hot drinks for us as our group were playing. At one point our niece was even offered a hot water bottle and blanket by the management! Everything about the day was A-star quality from the staff to the equipment and even the game zones. Will be recommending to all my friends and colleagues, our group have already started planning our next trip. Awesome day, many thanks to the Lichfield team :)
