All payments for paintball bookings are generally non-refundable and non-transferable. An exception is made for bereavement of an immediate family member within seven days of the event, allowing for a full refund upon application with a death certificate. Bookings made over the phone (with a 6.99% service fee) may be changed to another date, and credits can be issued for players who fail to attend, allowing them to play on a future date subject to availability. In-person payments are final and cannot be altered.

Full full on day out. Brought 1000 paint ball pellets for £39, more than enough for two players. Two sessions of 3 games working in teams for various activities. Can get messy if the weather is not good. Felt we were being rushed when trying to decide which package to go for. Games are intense & guns are heavy for young kids, worth thinking about. Good parking and nice staff, helpful
This was our second time at Delta Force Paintball Birmingham and it was even better than the first! We booked a private game for 18 people and had an incredible time. The staff were amazing—super friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a great experience. The game zones were brilliant, everything was well organized, and the equipment was top quality. Huge thanks to the marshals for keeping it fun and safe throughout the day. We’ll definitely be back again!
Great day, lots of fun. A little confusing on the day with different packages and how the games work, but once you get over that a good time. It was also very hot and not much to drink, and some of the kit was quite tatty - but overall still highly recommended
