Booking & Cancellation
Clue HQ Somerton operates a strict no-cancellation, no-transfer, and no-refund policy once a booking is confirmed, treating reservations similarly to theatre tickets. It is essential for guests to ensure their availability and adherence to all terms and conditions before completing their booking. Furthermore, late arrivals risk having their game shortened or cancelled without a refund. Entry will be refused without refund to groups with intoxicated members or those under the influence of substances. Additionally, groups with players aged 16 or under must include an adult aged 18 or over; failure to meet this requirement will also result in refusal of entry and no refund.

what an absolutely fantastic time we had at Clue HQ in Captain Riddles pirate room. fully immersive and so much fun. Will was great and did a great job of explaining everything to one of our party who had never done an escape room before. I've done quite a few over the years and this is definitely one of the best locations I've been to. I got to pretend to be a Goonie for an hr - childhood wish granted ;) we'll definitely be back to do more
Our 3rd room here. Gerri hosted us on the day she was absolutely lovely, we were gutted though to have missed Will, as he's been our Host on our last 2 rooms, such a nice guy. My husbands birthday last week so we love to do an escape room, we did the Pirate themed room, great fun!! Very well thought out, props were top class. A very fun room. Rumours of another room coming here in the future, so if like us you've done all of them just check back in from time to time for the new one. Thanks Gerri and Will, see you both soon!!
Was so impressed with this escape room! We went in with five kids, 2 adults and had such a good time - the end in particular was thrilling. Everything was so well done, the staff were friendly and helpful and it was a great thing to do for my 9 year old's birthday party.
