Bookings are non-refundable. If you need to cancel an experience, no refund will be issued. For table-only bookings not associated with a ticketed special event, a refund may be provided. If unforeseen and serious circumstances prevent your visit, contact the venue by phone at 01216221212 or email at birmingham@boombattlebar.com at least 24 hours prior to your slot. Rescheduling is at the general manager's discretion, and any re-scheduled booking must be within 30 days of the original date. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice will not be eligible for a refund.

Great party atmosphere and brilliant theme throughout - nice vibes. I would say everything is a bit crammed in though and would maybe benefit from more space. For example the darts, whilst not playing you are basically stood in the middle of the crazy golf set. I would imagine its a bit squashed if large parties. But we found it really reasonably priced. Bar was a little slow but it was busy. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend and will be back. We didn't eat whilst there so can't comment on the food.
A group of six went for a friend's birthday. We paid for axe throwing and crazier golf. The axe throwing was loads of fun. Our host, Ellie, was really fun and helpful. If it was the axe throwing alone, I'd be leaving a 5 star review. Unfortunately the crazier golf was awful. The first couple of holes were okay, but there was only three of the four labyrinth style holes had handles and that was just the start. The hole with the bike was a joke. Balls got stuck down the chutes, and when the threw more down to dislodge them, loads of balls fell out. Hole 9 was placed in a way we didn't know which hole it was, so that got played earlier than intended (meaning we had to go and get new balls as it doesn't give balls back afterwards). The "baseball" hole just flat out didn't work and by this point we'd basically given up scoring or playing at all. The table football hole was a shambles. Such a shame as it really put a downer on the night - well, it gave us a laugh at how shambolic the whole thing was. So yeah, 5 stars for Ellie and the axe throwing, but zero stars for the crazier golf. We had joked about swapping out the golf for beer pong. I wish we had now.
We came here Saturday for a hen do and did the cocktail making class and karaoke. What a fab afternoon/evening! Mr Boom who was the cocktail master was so good! Great at making the cocktails, funny and helpful! The food was lovely (never had chicken dipped in honey before but I will be having again!), cocktails were strong, atmosphere was fab! Loved the disco light in the ladies toilet but maybe hook some music up to it so it plays a disco song too! Overall a fab place! Mr Boom and Boom Battle Bar made the hen do a success! We will be back!
