Positive points: Staff were friendly, games were fun Unfortunately there are far more negatives though ... Our first game was axe throwing. There are 2 lanes for this and we were directed to one by the entrance that already had people in it. Staff member on that lane said they were running late so we should come back in a bit. Walking away, we saw another axe throwing lane with no customers in .. asked the staff member if we could use that one and hey presto, we could. Why did neither the reception staff or the lady in the first axe lane not suggest this? Next up was Crazier Golf upstairs. Staff told us to pick a ball, either soft or hard, apparently it didn't matter which. Until you reach the 'hole' that tells you you need a soft ball (think mini basketball) so back to the reception hut to get soft ones. One hole missing despite us searching for it, no instructions on another (you need them for sure) and 2 others with broken parts. Last for us was Shuffle Board, luckily we knew how to play already so just got on with it. Overview - 1. Music so loud you have to shout to each other to be heard, this is worse upstairs while playing golf. 2. Staff are so used to it they talk at a normal level meaning our conversations consisted of us asking them to repeat everything a few times. 3. Games are crammed in. There is literally no space to stand and watch or put your bags/umbrellas, especially upstairs where they presumably have removed one golf hole to install virtual darts. When people are playing darts, you can't get to one of the golf holes without asking them to move. Also, the beer pong game downstairs is so close to the axe throwing, we constantly had to stop as their ball came into our area. 4. There was nowhere to sit as every table was reserved (Sat afternoon). We had some time between our games and couldn't sit down anywhere. 5. If you are a wheelchair user, do not even attempt it. So, for us, it's a one and done. The 2 worst things are the noise level of the music - there's just no need to have it so loud. And how they have crammed everything in to try and earn a little bit more money. It's detrimental to the experience for sure. Could be so much better.
The karaoke is so much fun- great room with so many song choices. We could have easily stayed and been entertained for many more hours. Lots of drink options and reasonably priced. The staff are also very friendly, welcoming and helpful. I will definitely recommend and be returning!

Great venue with a brilliant team, amazing activities, delicious food, drinks and the best atmosphere on Broadstreet! Would recommend to anyone after a fun day or night out and will definitely come again!!! 🫶💞
First time going here! Had so much fun, we got there and it was quiet but the playlist is so good. We did axe throwing, pool and crazy golf, will be coming back!! The cocktails were so good. Jacob was such a sweetheart, made a friend
Had a great time here last night. Started off with 30min axe throwing. Which in my personal opinion was long enough. Denzy was a great host. Gave us nicknames for our second round, one of which was Pat Butcher 😂 Great sense of humour!! Atmosphere was great! Our server Ellie was lovely when we sat for bottomless brunch. She kept coming to check if we needed drinks and of course that was a yes every time. Food was nice and came hot. It is very loud music and we were seated right under a speaker so you feel like you’re shouting at each other and difficult to hear but great songs though. Overall experience, was great.
