This hour session was not for myself, but for a family member. Did not need the full hour, but he so needed it. When life obstacles are crazy, this place is for you. Liz the owner was fantastic and explained everything. I do recommend to wear long sleeve and jeans. I will be booking my session for myself soon.
My husband and I took our family here this past weekend and it was an amazing experience for everyone; even the kids!!!! The owners were amazing, friendly and helpful! They ensured that we were safe and had all the tools we needed to blow off some steam!!! 10/10 definitely recommend!!! We will be back!

We had the BEST time here for our girls trip! Garrett was an awesome host—super friendly and made everything easy. They provide jumpsuits, goggles, and gloves, and depending on your package, you get a variety of smashable items. We chose Package 5, which gave us an hour of smash time for up to 6 people. You can bring your own items to smash or add extras for just a few dollars more. Garrett even gave us a JBL speaker so we could blast our own music while we let out some rage—such a fun touch! The room was on the smaller side, but it worked perfectly for our group of 5 to rotate turns. There’s also a waiting area to stash your stuff or catch your breath (trust me, smashing things is a full-body workout). Overall, it was such a fun and unique experience—we HIGHLY recommend it if you’re in the area!
Had the best time here! Paid for package 5 and it was well worth the money. The crate full of glass items was fun to toss in the air and smash. They provide a Bluetooth speaker so you can pick your music to destroy to. The room itself was nice and cool. Provided a variety of tools to break things with. Staff is super friendly!
Absolutely a blast!!! The facility was perfect! Nothing over the top, just clean and straight forward. Owner is super nice! Gave me a hand after I bonked myself. But we all made it out just fine. Super good time and great pricing! Definitely coming back for more! Thanks so much for a good time to yell and tear some stuff up!
