Awful company. Right down to ownership and management. They take zero accountability for mistakes that THEY ADMITTED TO. I pray they get shut down. My attorney will handle this but I am within my rights to place this review. Disgusting morals. Misplaced $7000 worth of personal firearms and all blame is placed on the shipper and myself, not on the manager who INCORRECTLY PUT A RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS on the shipment. The firearms in question wouldn’t have been misplaced if they had shipped them properly to begin with. Please stay far away. There are plenty of retailers and gun ranges that care about their customers as well as the laws.

Wonderful staff, facility, very competitive pricing.. assisted me and my family member with dignity , didn't give me a hard time because I was a rookie, quite the opposite and infact was more than willing to help and I felt that . This will be the shop I return to for building and practice. Thanks for all the insightful help !
I cannot recommend this range. The staff demonstrated a clear lack of knowledge regarding both state and federal firearm laws. They claimed certain firearms were illegal in Florida, when in fact they are completely legal under both Florida and federal law. When their misinformation was corrected with factual references, instead of acknowledging their mistake, they doubled down, became defensive, and insisted they were right. This is deeply concerning — if a facility that operates within the firearms industry doesn’t even understand the laws of the state (let alone federal law), how can customers trust them to provide safe, accurate, and professional service? Firearms ownership and handling require responsibility, education, and adherence to facts, not misinformation. For that reason, I would not trust or recommend this facility.
The best gun shop, the owner and gun teacher are very experienced and patient. Today we fired machine guns and semi-automatic pistols. We would like to come back here the day after tomorrow for the holidays, to continue to practice for the accuracy of the pistol shot. Thank you for a wonderful birthday experience
