Absolutely terrible customer service. I have made the 45 min trip on 2 separate occasions when they’re supposed to be open to see a white sheet of paper on the door saying otherwise. If you’re hours are so inconsistent i feel there’s better ways to handle that and let your customers know.

I recently visited Fearless Paintball on Saturday, August 10th, after experiencing issues with my paintball marker intermittently not firing. I initially thought the problem was with the eyes, so I went in asking to have them replaced. I was quoted $40 plus parts, which seemed reasonable. However, before jumping into the repair, the technician took the time to troubleshoot the issue to ensure it was actually the eyes causing the problem. He explained that the eyes either work or they don’t, and he demonstrated that my sensor was functioning correctly by blocking the light. After further inspection, he discovered that the issue was actually with two small rubber holders on either side of the marker, which were worn out and only a few bucks to fix. I really appreciated that he didn’t just replace the eyes and charge me for something I didn’t need. He fixed the problem on the spot and didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary parts or services. It’s rare to find such honesty and integrity in a business these days. Thanks to the excellent service, Fearless Paintball has earned a lifetime customer in me. Highly recommend them for any paintball needs!

This place is amazing! Will is the goat at anything paintball. His knowledge and his skills are amazing when fixing markers. Will alone is the reason why I will always choose fearless. Support small business! Fearless all day

I've been in the area for work and wanted to see what was in the stores around me, as I'm looking for parts for older markers. Other stores I went to were ok, but from the time I went into Fearless to the 2.5 hrs I was there and left the customer service, knowledge, stock, and everything else was just top notch. Going in other stores and even calling the manufacturer and only hearing that's been obsolete, and to go into Fearless and walk out with solutions in hand blew me away. They spent time with me going over ideas on how to make the markers work as well as show me how to fix it since they are also a repair/service shop as well. I can truly say if I need anything in town or even back at home 5 hrs away I feel comfortable to go in or call and get the service I need with the stock they have. So from gear, parts, markers, used guns, tanks, anything related they can help if not show you how or where to find it.
