I first shared a review that was 2/5 stars because it was super hot when my family and I did putt putt in July (indoors). And I just didn't feel it was worth the price tag. I was VERY impressed that when a manager (Dennis) saw my review he responded and offered to bring us back (comped) to experience Elev8 again. We did putt putt (which is kind of cramped but still fun), laser tag (which was a family fav) and some arcade games. It's really nice to know that the senior staff wants to make sure you have a good time and tries to fix the problems. AG was on site that day and he was really kind and helpful. Major kudos to Gabe, who was working laser tag. My 8yo daughter wasn't sure about doing it because it looked scary. So Gabe let her go inside while another group was doing it to see what it was like. She still declined (it wasn't scary) but it was sweet of him to let her look. So yes we will return because of the service but 4/5 stars because the A/C is still not fixed so it is really toasty in some areas. Dennis says they are working on it. :) Thank you!!!!
I had an absolute blast at Elev8 Fun Tampa! From the moment we walked in, the vibrant atmosphere and friendly staff set the tone for an unforgettable day. We tried the electric go-karts, which were a thrill with their smooth, fume-free ride and exciting track layout. The arcade was packed with a great mix of classic and modern games—perfect for all ages—and the glow-in-the-dark mini-golf course was a unique, fun challenge. Our server was incredibly attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed, and the food from the Italian buffet was delicious. The whole experience felt seamless, with quick check-in and a clean, well-maintained facility. Elev8 Fun Tampa is a fantastic spot for family outings.

"Elev8 Fun Tampa is packed with awesome activities – trampolines, arcade, climbing! Tons of fun for all ages. **One big downside: the local sounds/music are extremely high – bring earplugs!** Despite the noise, we had a blast.
Absolutely great experience for our daughters 11th birthday party. It was awesome Caitlyn our party host went above and beyond for the whole experience they had a problem with some of the girl's guns playing laser tag so they let them do the whole thing over again which the girls absolutely loved and was phenomenal customer service. We will definitely be back and we definitely recommend it for birthday parties
The staff are really great. The atmosphere is awesome. The place is huge and everything is super super clean. If you were gonna play arcade games with two or more kids be prepared to spend somewhere between 50 and $75 per kid but they have a lot of fun doing it. The laser tag is the best deal in the place and the kids love it. It’s apparently a huge laser tag theater. We did laser tag, arcade games and go kart racing the boys had a blast. Pro Tip - do not let your kids tap their arcade card more than once on each game because technology is not perfect and it depletes twice or three times as many points as it supposed to. The staff are great about fixing things of any issues come up. I brought 8 kids for 3 hours so I spent about $700
