AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Bought a package at a pop-up store at our local shopping centre. When I bought them, I specifically asked if our children (aged 11 and 14) would be able to use them at the Newcastle centre. I was told absolutely that was the case. I was only interested in buying them if we could all use them as a family, so I made sure more than once during our conversation that we could use them at the Newcastle centre, and was repeated assured more than once we could. When I went to book our first (of what I hoped would be many) paintball sessions, I was told the Newcastle centre does not cater for children and that the minimum age is 16. I have been trying to get a refund based on being misinformed since April. I have been repeatedly promised the refund is coming via the only contact number available (the 1800 number on the website that only goes to sales consultants) with no refund coming. When I asked for an email address I was twice given an address that bounced. Finally, I was given the correct email address and was assured in the reply email our refund was approved. That was over a month ago and still no refund. Now, noone is responding to my emails and I am about to lodge a complain with the ACCC and CHOICE. AVOID AVOID AVOID!.

Purchased my tickets at local high street and couldn’t fault it. I have read mixed reviews afterwards but the guy I dealt with explained everything clearly so I wasn’t surprised by any extra costs. I had to pay £9.99 for the first 100 balls but I knew I was going to use way more than that from a party a few years back so it was not a problem. The staff on the day were awesome and we will definitely be back!

We purchased tickets at Westfield Miranda in January and just used at the weekend... What a day!! We started around 9am and stayed until close to 4pm! Have played at other venues but the site at Delta Force Appin is by far and away the best! Game zones are sick! Equipment is decent! And the staff care about the day. We had the centre manager giving us little tips and strategies the whole day which made it for a bunch of guys!! Have booked again for April!

DO NOT BUY!!!! The people that sell you tickets can literally say anything they want (they are third parties so IPG isn't liable for anything the sellers tell you) to get you to buy tickets. And they do. They use the $8 per tickets "but only for today" line EVERYDAY. They will not notify you of the catches - refunds come with admin fee, most venues only allow up to 3 hours playtime, $22 per 100 balls etc. If you buy the tickets, you'll have to call a PREMIUM number just to book your event in (costing you even more). Then when you finally book, you'll have to pay $25 per person for 100 balls upfront (that's not including the 6% "assisted purchase" surcharge they dump on you - bringing the total for a 10 person group to $365 [incl. tickets, 30 mins playtime worth of balls, 6% fee]). There are literally tonnes of other paintball places with much cheaper prices and decent outdoor locations. I bit the $100 loss after buying tickets and booked a spot with Heartbreak Ridge (not endorsed but they nice). Saved everyone roughly $200 all up just because the balls were so much cheaper ($10 per 100)

Not happy with their service at all. At the time of purchase, IPG sale's person have provided us with the wrong information on cost and entry. We have been sold 40 games (valid for two years) but only 20 tickets were given to us. Not recommend it at all!
