Purchased tickets. Got to Airtopia and had to wait in line to check in. At that point it wasn't a big deal. We were told to wait on the side and that someone would come out and get us. We waited 20 minutes after our slotted time. When we asked management how long, we were told we had to wait until head sets were available. Why did we purchase time slots if it doesn’t work that way. Not going back.

The game itself was great. Fun, challenging, and a great activity with family. The employee that helped us, Robo, had an attitude and was being rude when he was the one who did not provide clear instructions. Otherwise I would do it again.
Wow, I am impressed! What a great place to have fun for all ages. For the big kids the draft beer/ale selection was exceptional in addition to the decent selection of liquor. The axe throwing lanes were a blast. The targets are made to reduce kickbacks from thrown axes/knives and the projected targets selections kept the game interesting. The virtual reality gaming was top notch. We chose War Hammer Space Marines scenario and it was 30 minutes of intense gaming. All in all if you pay full price it is expensive so go for the Groupon!
This VR game was so real it had us laughing and screaming at times, this was so much fun and Alex went above and beyond to make us experience and feel so welcomed. He was professional, courteous and helpful. He made our experience there absolutely a time to remember. Thanks Alex 🙏🏼we will definitely be back!
