We had the best time on Sunday (11/9) celebrating my niece’s birthday at Jecked-In VR! Wes, the owner, was amazing — super friendly, patient, and so good with the kids (even with all the loud, excited screams 😂). The place was clean, organized, and had such a fun vibe. The kids didn’t want to leave, and honestly, neither did the adults! So glad we picked this spot for her party. Highly recommend it for birthdays or just a fun day out — we’ll definitely be back soon!

Booking & Cancellation
Jacked-In VR offers a flexible cancellation policy designed to accommodate changes while ensuring fairness for all guests. For standard reservations, a full refund is provided if you cancel at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. Party package reservations, due to their nature, require a 48-hour notice for a full refund. Cancellations made after these specified periods or instances of no-shows will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund, as reservations are in high demand. Additionally, please be aware of our late policy: arriving more than 5 minutes past your scheduled start time may result in a $50 fee, and the remainder of your initial payment will be issued as a voucher for a future booking. No-shows will lead to automatic cancellation and forfeiture of your payment.

We had an absolute blast, I had never done VR before and they made it very understandable with great instructions. My 8-year-old and my 11-year-old had an absolute fun time, the family friendly aspect was way better than at other locations. We were able to chat with the owner. He is a super nice guy and we really enjoyed our time there. Would highly recommend and will absolutely be going back.
Great VR experience with a friend staff. Reasonably priced gaming packages with lots of gaming options. Wes was an awesome host answering questions and capturing a fun father son day. We will be back!
We had a blast our first time here. We tried out the B Block Prison Break escape room and escaped in record time for the month! Excited to come back and try more of the experiences. Oh and they were playing some top notch 80s music and the service was great too. I was dancing in my virtual prison cell. 😭
