We had an amazing family night at Escape Room San Antonio on Bandera. We saved Santa during the Christmas Impossible mission! Quentin our epic game master was an awesome host and kept us on track when we needed it. This starter escape room level was great for my family of 4, my 10 and 8 year old had a blast on this level. Ready to tackle the next level up.

My 13yo son and I have now done every single escape room available at Escape Room San Antonio (both locations) since we moved here three years ago. These escape rooms are some of the best we’ve ever done. The puzzles are unique, the storylines fun, and the staff has always been wonderful. We saved Tomb of the Red Queen for last because it was the hardest, and we invited my escape room connoisseur sister to join us. Happy and proud to report that we safely escaped with only about three or four hints. Ari was our game master for this one and and of course she was fantastic. We had to include her in our final picture (she’s on the right) because she was awesome. Thanks so much Escape Room San Antonio for being so great! We look forward to your next escape room opening up.

We had such a great time at our first escape room experience! The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and supportive throughout the entire game. Even though we didn’t quite make it out in time, the puzzles were creative and challenging. We’re already looking forward to coming back and trying another room. Highly recommend for a fun and engaging experience!

We did 6 rooms with Escape Room San Antonio Bandera & Stone Oak over the course of 3 days. The School of Magic room was by far the MOST exciting and visually appealing room we've ever done (we've done 30+ rooms between the 6 of us). It was so closely accurate to the movie, its clearly based off of, we were amazed around every corner. Game Master wise, we were not amused by the lack of attention given to our groups when locked in. There were a few puzzles that clearly required them to be watching us to activate a puzzle when we physically completed something, they did not. In one of the rooms, we were required to hold hands as a group to open a door, we did it for 5 minutes and couldnt figure out why nothing was happening. We called for a clue only to be told we needed to hold hands, which we had been doing. This issue followed us to another room the following day where they were once again NOT paying attention which then cut minutes off our time. One plus to our visits was Payton! I don't know how else to explain her then AMAZING! She was very thorough in her explanations, even going as far as pointing out various issues we MIGHT run across, which we appreciated being told ahead of time. She took such good care of us that we visited the Bandera location again and were pleased to learn that she was our game master again. She kept a close eye on us, interacted with us so pleasantly that we will be back again just to see her! Thank you for sharing your contagious energy with us Payton!

Came here with a group of friends on two different occasions and had a blast both times! The first escape room we did here was the Waldschrate and that one had a creepy vibe to it but was so much fun! Though if you have claustrophobia, the beginning of this escape is not for you. We were able to escape this room easily and our game master Peyton was great! The second time we came here we did two escape games in one night. We started off with Christmas Impossible and man this one was very easy and we escape with 30 minutes left. That one is definitely more kid/family friendly and not difficult at all! Then we did Tomb of the red queen… man when I tell you this game room was very hard. Honestly probably the hardest escape room I’ve done to date. There are seven different lock types, and over 12 locks to unlock. The second room is what ate up all of time and unfortunately was the first escape room we lost as a group after a winning streak of 11 games. There is just so many puzzles you have to figure out in that second room and having five people is not enough. We did make it to the third room, but ran out of time. Our game master was Noelle and I believe Steven. They were great and easy to talk to. Definitely recommend coming here with friends and family!! Amazing staff! Austin was our game master on 3/13/25 for Murder at Mardi Gras! We escape with 15 minutes left and it was really fun! He was a great game master and we didn’t have to ask for any hints!
