Wish I could actually shoot at the place I have a membership for on the weekend. I don’t know who thought it was a good idea to hold a match on a Saturday and that the match would take all day. I work all week and I want to come shoot long range on the weekend and I can’t because a for some reason it takes more than 8 hours to shoot a black powder match. The fact that a person who has paid to have a membership doesn’t have access to all ranges during hours of operation is absurd
Very nice setup they have here! The gentlemen at the front desk might seem condescending, but their main focus for their job is SAFETY. Not everyone has the same standards for gun safety, but they have to adhere to the rules of their job. Just listen to their speil, and you'll figure out the thing with the lights, and its a really nice setup they have. I will definitely be coming back!
Overall a real nice place with friendly staff. Getting out to the 1000 yard range was a bit difficult, the road out there is heavily degraded, especially if you want to set up targets. 4x4 recommended, better than average tires as well.
