It was my first time playing a VR game, and I absolutely loved it! The atmosphere was so friendly and welcoming, and the staff was incredibly helpful and attentive — they explained everything clearly and made sure we felt comfortable. Took my 11year old and her friends for birthday celebration. Kids had a blast. In their words “this was the coolest thing ever”! We had a great time. Owners were very friendly and patient. Highly recommend this place to everyone.
Had a blast with my two adult sons! We were looking for something to do on a hot August day and discovered Play Lab PHX. We chose the 1 hour package and were able to play 4 games. The visual quality, open space, easy to use controllers and light-weight headsets made for a great time! Each game had its own unique surprises. Our faves were Versus, Cops & Robbers and Enter the Duat (archery weapons in Egypt themed world). Depth of field was great as well. If you wear glasses, put the front of the headset on over your glasses first, then pull the back strap down. Definitely recommend this for a unique team or family outing. Games we played: Versus (pvp laser tag) Cops & Robbers Heist (futuristic fps co-op) Omega Protocol (sci-fi fps co-op) Enter the Duat (Egyptian fps co-op)
My boyfriend and I had SO much fun at Play Lab PHX! The virtual reality quality is amazing and it really puts you in a different place. This was such a fun night together. This fun isn’t just for kids! It was a great addition to our date night. We kept talking about how much fun it was after we left. I highly recommend checking it out!
