My boyfriend accidentally booked the wrong day, but the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, they graciously made it work and let us do the Date Night Disaster escape room anyway. The experience was so much fun! The puzzles were engaging, not too easy, but not overly difficult either. We had a great time and would definitely love to come back and try out the other rooms!
Just did the Candy Shoppe with Peyton! She was an amazing game master! The experience was so fun and I cannot wait to try the other rooms! I would highly recommend this for team building or family fun! 😊🍭🍬🍫

Inferno Escape Room allows rescheduling of appointments more than 24 hours in advance by email, text, or phone. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before the booking time incur a $75 fee. This fee may be waived if the time slot is successfully resold. Guests are encouraged to notify the venue promptly if they anticipate not making their scheduled game.

I have played 2 rooms (Candy Shop and Date Night Disaster) and both rooms were fantastic! They flowed really well and made sense as you worked through them. John was our Game Master - super nice, funny and great customer service. Would highly recommend either one of the rooms!
What a fun experience! The themes were very creative and design was very fun and interactive. The manager, John, was very friendly and took our cues well. He knew when to step in to help and when not to. I would definitely recommend and will be going back! And we got a little treat! We did the Candy Shop and Santa’s Workshop!
This place is a ripoff! We had an appointment scheduled for 7:30 pm and arrived at 7:15. The door was locked and all the lights were out inside. We waited for 10 minutes pondering what do and then left for a bite to eat. We got a call about 30 minutes later while driving on the Freeway from Inferno asking were we were. The caller said we could still visit the game room if we could be there in 10 minutes and of course, being so far away, that was impossible. We asked if we could reschedule and the caller said he'd have to ask the owner for permission to do so. Long story short, we were denied and they kept our money. This is a lousy way to do business and I would not recommend this outfit to anyone. The staff at every other escape room I've visted have been very accomodating and professional. There are just too many other quality escape rooms to visit rather than risk having these shysters steal your money. We really enjoyed Dynamic Escape Rooms and Paragon.
