I booked a a robot rescue for $54.35 with the understanding it had the option of delivering to my boyfriends house for his birthday celebration. I called several times no answer, mailbox full. I emailed twice and no response. I never heard from staff in regards for delivery. I drove to fox in the box and spoke to staff there. They said someone went on vacation and took the phone, so couldn't answer in coming calls. I asked if I could get the box delivered the following weekend and she said yes. That they would contact me with delivery details. No one contacted me and the box was never delivered. I was scammed for $54.35 and tons of stress. I am going to put out complaint to the attorney general for reimbursement and

Booking & Cancellation
Cancellations are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless the game is canceled by Fox in a Box Tucson. If your group is not present within 10 minutes of the scheduled booking time, rescheduling will be required. You are allowed two free reschedules. Any subsequent reschedules will incur a $25 fee. Additionally, a $25 same-day reschedule fee will be charged if you reschedule within 24 hours of your assigned game time.

This was my very first escape room experience, and I have to say it was great. The staff was super kind and explained everything really well. They made sure all of our questions were answered before we started and helped with a few hints as we needed them. We did the zombie room. I thought it was really well put together. The puzzles were a good combination of hard and simple things that made it feel like we were moving at a good pace. The ambiance was really eerie and set the stage well. We even managed to finish with 7 minutes left on the clock! Not too bad for our first escape room and with only having 2 people (we were here for an anniversary date). We will definitely be back to try the other rooms!
Great puzzles clever and great support if needed. We did the western theme and had a blast. Lots of great props and codes and cool stuff to play with. Challenging in the good way but never frustrating in the bad way. Very attentive (in a good way) monitoring from the voice in the wall but never spoiling anything. We did ask for a couple hints and they were given clearly but in a way that let us still work it through. We all agreed perfect support and great experience. Thanks
I came to the escape room with my Son and my Fiance to do the escape room with the Zombies. It was awesome!!!! we had such a great time they give you clues and little things to help you out, However we barely escaped we had a 1 minute and 52 seconds left and saved the world from a zombie apocalypse it was an absolute blast I recommend it to anybody Megan and Matt were so nice Respectful and polite and professional so thank you guys. We will be coming back for the Western and the Bank Heist......we did come back for the Bank Heist and Wild West Saloon and we had a blast with both of them the bank heist we finished with 47 seconds, left Matt and Cilla we're so nice and professional and accommodating all three experiences were fun time thank you guys so much for everything 🙏.
