SUCH A FUN PLACE! Our family of 6 had such a great time. We have kids ranging from ages 10-18 and every single one of our kiddos had a blast. Our family worked together, problem solved together, and laughed so hard at times! it was a low key family activity that we all enjoyed. The staff was friendly, helpful and energetic. We thought it was better than an escape room because you get multiple rooms to pick from and each one is different. We are definitely coming back with more friends and family!

I was in charge of my company’s Christmas Party. Working with Jay and John was so easy and stress free! They answered all of my questions, helped me stay in budget. The catering was amazing! Everyone was raving about the BBQ chicken and sides. I loved that they had a room for us. I was able to bring team gifts, Photo Booth, and prizes for my team. They were so great with providing me an extra table for my things! Aesha the bartender was wonderful and my team had so much fun chatting with her!
The game rooms were so fun there and it was hilarious running around and trying to get past all the different levels. Hannah was super helpful explaining things! John and Hannah were walking around making sure everyone was having a good time and making sure that the rooms were working, and giving out hints!
I will definitely be back both on a personal note and professional note! Can’t say enough great things about the service, ambience, games and food! Thank you guys for a wonderful time, you guys went above and beyond to make our Christmas party a hit!

Great experience, all the rooms were fun and interactive and definitely difficult for 2 adults and 3 teenagers! We were there for 2 hours and only completed 1 of the 3-room challenges. It was something I would do again for sure.
Bam Kazam has become one of our favorite places in Scottsdale. I have taken my 13 year old son seven times and he still gets just as excited to go as the first time. The rooms are creative, challenging, and always a lot of fun. Finally making it through the cheese rooms on this trip felt like a real accomplishment. They recently opened the Tiki Bomb bar which adds a nice touch for adults. The only downside is that no new rooms have been added since we first started coming, but the existing ones are strong enough to keep us coming back. We went right when they opened this time and it was less crowded than usual, which made the experience even better. Bam Kazam is always a great time for kids, families, or anyone looking for a unique experience. We will definitely be back again.
Bam Kazam is an awesome experience! It’s like an interactive arcade mixed with escape rooms and game show-style challenges. My group had a great time—we especially loved the Haunted Room, Spaceship, and Jeopardy-style room. Each one was creative, fast-paced, and a lot of fun to solve as a team. The layout is smart, and the variety keeps it interesting. You can retry rooms as much as you want within your session time, which makes it low pressure and high energy. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the entire space was clean and well organized. Some rooms could use a little maintenance, but overall, it was a fantastic time. Highly recommend for groups of 3–5 people looking for something active and different to do in Scottsdale! Not really a good spot for older adults over 55+
