Is virtual reality suitable for everyone?

Absolutely! Many people who initially thought VR wasn't for them have been amazed by the immersive experience. It's not just for gamers; it's about experiencing virtual worlds.

How does a session at VR-ARRIVAL work?

It's best to book a session online, but walk-ins are also welcome. Arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time. Our staff will guide you through the equipment, and you can choose your VR experience, switching apps at any time.

Are there any age restrictions for playing VR?

Children under 8 years old are not permitted. For Premium Escape Theme Experiences, the minimum recommended age is 13. Children under 15 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult.

What types of VR games and experiences are available?

We offer over 130 VR titles, ranging from action-packed games fighting zombies and robots to exploration-based adventures, problem-solving mysteries, and even creative apps for art and music. We also have premium VR escape theme experiences.

Can I play multiplayer games with my friends?

Yes, VR-ARRIVAL has 8 stations and many multiplayer titles that can accommodate from two up to eight players at a time. Our staff can help you choose suitable games.

What payment methods are accepted?

Online payments are processed securely via Square Payments at the time of booking. For walk-in customers, payment can be made on the day using either cash or credit card.

How are the VR devices kept clean?

Hygiene is a top priority. Headset cushioning and controllers are wiped with anti-bacterial wipes after each use. Foam face shields are replaced after each user and sanitized in a UV sanitiser. Hand sanitizer is also available.

Is motion sickness a common issue with your VR systems?

It's much less likely with our high-end VR systems compared to cheaper alternatives. Most of our VR applications are fine for most people. If you're concerned, our staff can recommend experiences to avoid, and you can always take a break or play seated.
