Booking & Cancellation
To change or cancel your booking, you must contact Escapade Escape Rooms via phone or email (play@escapadepuzzle.com.au for Ballarat or fremantle@escapadepuzzle.com.au for Fremantle). A full refund is issued for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations within 48 hours of the start time are non-refundable. If Escapade Escape Rooms cancels a booking, customers will receive a full refund.

Brilliantly done. Many other escape room companies try to be so tricky that it’s impossible to join the dots. Escapade has found a beautiful balance between giving a challenge, yet doing so in a surprising, logical and satisfying way. We found Heirloom the standard by which we will judge all others. I can’t wait to do the other games at Escapade in Ballarat.
Absolutely loved our time here! A really well thought out escape room. We made it out - but it's challenging enough we needed hints. Best intro speech I have ever had for an escape room! Definitely coming back to do the others!
Sam was a great host and the Heirloom rooms are set up well. We all had a ball and we had a few first timers in our group. It wasn't easy, we enjoyed the challenge.
