Grand Bohemian Orlando, Autograph Collection
We went for brunch for a friend's birthday. Live jazz music is being performed, the room was classically decorated. Most people are dressed up (always a nice touch). The food was very good, bottomless mimosas with your choice of juice if you even wanted any. Service was outstanding, really good server team. It was our first time at the Grand Bohemian, and it will not be our last. For an excellent upscale brunch, it is a definite yes.
Stayed here for a few days on a business trip and had an excellent experience. The hotel is exceptionally clean, smells fresh throughout, and offers great customer service. The rooms are spacious, modern, and well-maintained, with very comfortable beds. Elegant decoration throughout the hotel and rooms adds a touch of sophistication to the stay.

We had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect for business or anything in downtown. There are also many local amenities such as the lake and biking paths. We experienced top notch service from Jacob and Olive - thank you so much for making the stay memorable and helping us with everything! The room decor was also fantastic, I really liked the attention to detail and clean bathrooms and high quality materials used in the rooms. We will of course be looking to return as soon as possible!
Overall, my husband and I had a wonderful time staying here last weekend to celebrate our elopement. The hotel is beautiful, and the staff was extremely kind. Valet employees were nice enough to help us bring our luggage to the room and congratulated us a few times. The room was clean and the suite was perfectly suited for us to get ready and take photographs beforehand. The front desk was efficient and accommodating, and the bar staff was great. When we were taking photos in the hotel, however, the kind bartender said the Peacock room (public space) is great for photos. We were immediately escorted out of the room by a manager and told they do not allow photography without paying a private photography fee, and that we would need to speak to Sunny. We left the hotel for our elopement ceremony, but were disappointed, as the bar area was pretty much empty, we weren't using a flash, and it was no different than taking photos with an iPhone. (I had also previously emailed Sunny to ask before our stay, and received no response to my email for clarification). I understand a private fee for a dedicated private space, to not interrupt other patrons, but as paying guests in public (empty) spaces, I did not see the need to kick us out.
We decided to have a staycation with a quick drive of under two hours. My wife was looking for a hotel that had a jacuzzi room, and we found the Grand Bohemian Orlando Autograph Hotel. The hotel itself was nice, and the valet staff were quick to assist us by grabbing a few items from our car and helping us take them to our room, especially since I’m dealing with a nagging rib injury. We arrived around 1 PM, and our room was ready upon check-in. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and provided us with plenty of information about things to do in the area. We We’re offered 4pm check out on the day of departure it was not needed. We stayed in room 720, a one-bedroom suite with a jacuzzi tub, which I had specifically booked. The room was your typical one-bedroom suite with carpet (nit our favorite ). The bathroom wall enclosing the jacuzzi opens into the bedroom, and even when the wooden insert is closed, you can hear everything happening in the bathroom, which is quite amusing. The pool and pool bar were located on the 6th floor. The pool was kinda small for the amount of guest and non guests can come to have a drink. On Sundays, the jazz brunch is really nice, but reservations are definitely needed. We ended up being seated in the bar area, which turned out to be a decent spot close to the prime rib, oysters, and snow crab station. The hotel is conveniently located next to the arena and the Dr. Phillips Center and the sports arena.
