Another hidden gem. Both the colture of the crowd, but also the service. Very rare to see people who care to sell you the best product, and very fair market price, without pushing ad ons. You really get an honest professional advice from Johnson, Larry, Eddie and Daren - the few I got to interact with as a newcomer. The coffee is running, and I’m soon going to get my personalized coffee mug and a locker. As a new shooter, you can seek advice from old timers, police officers and professional with a positive, friendly manner. Highly recommend to visit the place. It is the only (real) gun range in Manhattan.
My only recommendation is to upgrade the ventilation system.

Horrible customer service , about 2 weeks Ago I was there for pick-up my firearm which is i purchased month ago and one of the black guy was at front desk he was rude and lazy. I can't believe that place i have been done 47 hours class last year and I bought firearm last month and same day I was done annual class for armed security guard license.

Very professional operation and attentive to the needs of their clients . All of the staff members were right on board and Mr . Johnson in particular ensured that all of my needs and concerns were addressed . I will certainly back every year to qualify
You can not beat the service and family like atmosphere! I have taken several classes there, done transfers for new purchases. Darren and Mr Johnson are top notch at what they do! Their staff are friendly and extremely helpful! They make you feel at home there. I highly recommend them to everyone for all your firearm needs
Great experience for my company gathering. 11 of us spent an hour shooting rifle. The staff were right next to us helping us with questions.
