This was a very disappointing escape room. We went here for my husband’s birthday and did The Dungeon. We love puzzles and escape rooms and, quite frankly, are very good at them. These puzzles were disjointed and hardly puzzles. When we asked for a clue, the radio malfunctioned. When we finally got through on the radio, our clue was “the first number is correct” and spent maybe 15 minutes trying to get the code after that clue only to be told that the clue was wrong and that the first number was actually not correct after all with no time added despite the clue being wrong. Incredibly disappointed and we will not be returning. Cannot recommend this less.
This is THE BEST escape room I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to almost all of them in NYC. I’ve been to 2 locations and both were amazing! We did enjoyed it a lot! Many locks 🔒 many rooms, interesting maze and logical demo-games. Hidden doors. Everything you expect from a quest room. Highly recommend!!!

I came here on tuesday at around 7pm to play the House of Spirits room. We were late with our reservation due to traffic but the lovely staff still gave us the opportunity to play even though the room was booked after us. Mika was amazing and made the atmosphere extremely fun. After we escaped he was kind enough to let us take pictures in the room and even took them for us. This is our groups 3rd time going and we love it. Definitely recommend it.
Oh my God this most suspenseful dungeon I’ve ever had to escape from. Teamwork is the key. Pun intended. There wasn’t a lot of of mental strategy however it was very textile. You gotta try this Brooklyn escape room in industry city. We were able to make it out with just three people two 12-year-olds and an adult. Good luck
Just played the Dungeon with my family and it was a 10/10!! The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful and the room design exceeded my expectations. Puzzles were challenging and satifying. Would recommend Brooklyn Escape Room to ANYONE!!!
