I had such a great time at 5th Dimension VR Arcade! I’d never tried VR before, so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but Victor made the whole experience super easy and fun. He was really patient, informative, professional, and charismatic. You can tell he loves what he does. He walked me through everything step by step and made me feel totally comfortable trying it out for the first time. I ended up having an absolute blast, and I’m already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend checking this place out, especially if you’re new to VR!

My grandson recently had his 10th birthday party here with 18 of his friends. The boys loved the experience. The staff was very friendly, helpful and attentive to the boys needs. The facility was clean and well organized. The party details were all handled by the staff except for invitations, cake and party favors. Needless to say, the adults and children enjoyed the celebration and the parents went home to a clean, quiet house!

For individual VR booth reservations, a full refund is issued if cancelled at least 72 hours in advance. A 50% refund is available for cancellations made between 72 and 24 hours prior to the reservation. No refunds are given for cancellations within 24 hours or for no-shows. Rescheduling is permitted up to 24 hours before the reservation, subject to availability. For parties and events, a 100% refund is provided for cancellations made at least 7 days before the event, and a 50% refund for cancellations at least 48 hours prior. No refunds are offered for party cancellations within 48 hours of the event.

Took my hubby here last night for the first time on his actual bday after Noodle Plus around the corner and we had a blast! We’re elder millennial adults. Felt VIP as we had the whole place to ourselves (Wed night at 8pm) and Chad was super helpful getting us acquainted and guiding us through the games along with making recommendations to make the best use of our time and beginner skillset. He also let me put my leftovers in the mini fridge. We started out with 20 min from a gift card we had then tacked on 30 min as the first 20 min flew by and took a little learning. We played Elvin Assassin, Arizona State 2 (Chad’s reco, zombies jump scare good for Halloween 🧟), Synth Wave, and Richie’s Plank (my fear of heights kicked in and I ended up crawling on the ground onto the plank lol). I feel the price is expensive as our 50 min equated to $83 total for the both of us, but seems on par with the market. Wish they did weekday happy hour or late night deals.
My brother and I visited on Saturday the 27th. We both enjoyed our time tremendously. My only regret was not booking a longer reservation. It was our first time and we had no idea what to expect nor did we realize we'd enjoy it so much. We will be back. Also worth mentioning that all the staff that we encountered were very kind, helpful and welcoming. The customer service was excellent. Thank you all again for a wonderful experience.
Super fun Saturday night activity for us grown-ups!! Three of us went at around 8:45 PM , each got a 50 minute package and we had a blast! None of us had done VR before and the amazing staff — Alex and Victor (and Chad, who I spoke with on the phone earlier in the week) — took such great care of us orienting us, coaching us and making sure we were all comfortable with the equipment and the technology. So much fun trying out different games, including Cookout, The Blu, Nature Trek and Angry Birds to name a few. Highly recommend stepping into the Fifth Dimension!! NOTE: It’s a few doors down from the big 55 building on Church Street.
