When we were there the people who helped my kids were outstanding! They checked in on them multiple times, and asked us all genuine questions about our holiday plans.
The woman who runs the place is so conscientious. I really feel like it's an old-fashioned establishment that truly cares about the people who come in.

This is my first time trying a VR place and it was a really good experience. The staff was welcoming and joyful. They really helped out a lot too when my party was using the headset and couldn’t see reality. They had an introduction tutorial video that was also helpful. Really clean place too, bathrooms were spotless and clean the sets right after use. They have snacks and drinks at the front as well and there’s a party room in the back for celebrations.

Booking & Cancellation
For individual VR booth reservations, a full refund is issued if cancelled at least 72 hours in advance. A 50% refund is available for cancellations made between 72 and 24 hours prior to the reservation. No refunds are given for cancellations within 24 hours or for no-shows. Rescheduling is permitted up to 24 hours before the reservation, subject to availability. For parties and events, a 100% refund is provided for cancellations made at least 7 days before the event, and a 50% refund for cancellations at least 48 hours prior. No refunds are offered for party cancellations within 48 hours of the event.

We loved our experience at 5th Dimension VR. This was first time celebrating one of our kids birthday at this place and we were glad we did it because this place was a big hit for all the kids who were participating at our event. The place was very quiet and clean and the staff was friendly and welcoming , vigilant about the kids who needed help with the game. This experience was new to us and we’re definitely going back to explore more.
My children had a wonderful time. The owner was very nice and patient with them and explained every game. Will definitely come again.
I had such a great time at 5th Dimension VR Arcade! I’d never tried VR before, so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but Victor made the whole experience super easy and fun. He was really patient, informative, professional, and charismatic. You can tell he loves what he does. He walked me through everything step by step and made me feel totally comfortable trying it out for the first time. I ended up having an absolute blast, and I’m already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend checking this place out, especially if you’re new to VR!
