The best pistol range on the West side of Melbourne. Everyone here is so nice, and knowledgeable! You shouldn't miss this treasure place!
I contacted committee members and drove a good 40 minutes out to the range. Much to my shock, I arrived there only to find a sign saying that their range has been closed by the Victoria Police. I found out from bystanders and newspaper reports that this handgun club had been investigated by the Victorian Police's licencing and regulation division, who revoked the club's range approval. The committee could have told me that they were all stood down rather than waste my trip. Before you spend time going to the range, also note that the club has now been barred from operating on the site.
