The room was fun, but we spent 6–7 minutes just waiting for staff to respond to our clue requests. One hint was for a puzzle we’d already solved, so we had to wait again for a useful one. With only 50 minutes on the clock, that delay made a big impact — and they didn’t pause the timer or offer extra time. Disappointing support for an otherwise good room.
Back in March I took my partner here for our anniversary and organized with the fantastic help of Rory to leave an engagement ring at the end of the mutiny room (in the chest). We were already engaged, but I thought this would be a fun way to give him his own ring. He absolutely loved it, and we had lovely experience thanks to everyone involved. For general bookings, contact bookings@trapt.in at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule, receive a refund, or a gift voucher. Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours are non-refundable and may incur a $30 fee, subtracted from any issued gift certificate. For changes in player numbers within 48 hours, the difference is non-refundable but can be converted to a voucher for future online bookings or applied to your bar tab. Large group bookings (three or more rooms) require cancellations or changes at least 7 days prior. A 50% cancellation fee applies for large groups cancelling between 7 days and 48 hours before the booking. Cancellations within 48 hours for large groups are non-refundable. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Brigitte was an awesome bartender and welcomed us wonderfully! Although the bar was closed (due to a staff member going home sick) she happily organised us some of their cocktail shots. We tried the brewing bite (vodka based) and it was wonderful as well as a celebratory down the rabbit hole shot for completing their wonderland room!
No wonder they get such a high rating. We're from Singapore and this is the 3rd escape room we've tried in Melbourne. Brought our 3 daughters here for the Wonderland escape game, it was pretty challenging without clues. The deal that gotten em 5 stars was the discount only for Monday and Tues, the bar with happy hour beers and lastly the open area where we can play some cards/board games after our escape room to spend somemore time having fun. The entrance to the hall area was nicely renovated and the staff were really nice and cool
We decided to try the escape rooms here and when we entered I thought this is my kind of place. The first room was fun and a little tricky but a pleasure to do so we decided to do another 2. Returned the next day and did the remaining 3 rooms and a drink. All in all an amazing place and staff were helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this for a place to come.
