Seth is such a charming, funny and engaging , proud host. As this was our 4th family escape room, this one was so nice. Interesting puzzles, smart techniques. Clues could be asked. Best thing is we did it in 51 minutes with a bit of luck :)

The absolute best around! We were hosting my sister from overseas and she’s had some experience with escape rooms from other countries but ended up absolutely blown away by the quality offered by Locked In. Caity was our host and she was just phenomenal - personal, extraordinarily friendly to our children and knows her stuff intimately. When giving hints she straddles the thin line between keeping things intriguing and outright giving you an answer expertly, and you can just feel that she genuinely cares that we’re having fun and leaving the place with a great experience. Give her a raise already! Locked In is so blessed to have her as a host!

Booking & Cancellation
Cancellations or changes must be made more than 24 hours before your scheduled session to avoid losing the $135 booking fee. This fee covers staffing arrangements. A 3.5% processing fee will be applied to all refunds. If you booked with a username and password, you can manage your booking online. Guests who booked without an account must contact the venue directly to make any changes or cancellations.

This was our first escape room with a family of four, and it was amazing! The staff were very friendly and it was a lot of fun finding the clues. We did the wizards lair and we will be back to try some of the other rooms. We had heaps of fun. As written by miss 14.
Kids had a great time! We had a group of 11-16 year olds and they loved it. We also had some kids with sensory issues and the team was so good with making them feel comfortable and safe.
First time for the four of us to do an escape room so we weren't sure what to expect. Caillin our game master was super helpful, gave us a quick run down on the whole process and was very engaging. The story set up was fun, including dressing up. The Wizards Lair room was challenging as newbies. We are looking forward to trying the other rooms soon. Also, they have a wide selection of games for purchase (board, card, puzzles) at good prices!
