Booking & Cancellation
For general bookings, refunds are typically not permitted unless required by Australian Consumer Law. However, you can change your booking without a fee if you contact Dreamskape at least 48 hours before your scheduled visit. For party bookings, cancellations are eligible for a refund if requested a minimum of 72 hours in advance of the scheduled party time. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable. Private function cancellations made more than 2 weeks prior allow rescheduling within 6 months or conversion to store credit; cancellations within 2 weeks result in forfeiture of payment. Dreamscape is an absolutely fantastic experience! From start to finish, everything was seamless, immersive, and so much fun. The environment is incredibly well-designed, making you feel like you’ve stepped into another world. The staff were warm, welcoming, and helpful, ensuring that we felt comfortable and got the most out of the experience.
