Booking & Cancellation
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least one week in advance of your booking time. Last-minute cancellations are not accepted, and no refunds will be provided for no-shows or for arriving more than 15 minutes late to your session. If you have extenuating circumstances, please contact us by emailing info@apsisvr.com. Rescheduling can be done more than 24 hours in advance by emailing us.

We had a big group event here and the team made sure that we were all looked after. They were patient, professional and flexible with lots of differing requests and requirements. There is a huge selection of games available from 1 to up to 20 players. They even made suggestions for how and what we could try for those who had some VR motion sickness. Coffee and water are available for players too, though a vending machine would be a great addition. Overall an excellent event.
We celebrated my child’s birthday at Apsis VR and had an amazing time! The kids played three different games and had an absolute blast. The staff were fantastic — funny, patient, and incredibly welcoming. They made sure everyone felt comfortable and had fun. It was such a joyful experience from start to finish. Highly recommend Apsis VR for birthday parties or just a fun day out!
Fantastic experience, probably the best VR I've been to in Melbourne. Staff were so patient when one of our party was running late and took time in helping us choose the right game. We absolutely LOVED Alice in Wonderland, I am determined to go back and complete it one day 😂
