My adult son and I tackled Room 057 in late Oct. Being our first time doing this, we were a little apprehensive. Jared, our initial guide, was informative and friendly. Once in the rooms, we were regularly monitored to ensure that we were fine and if we had any questions, through the walkie talkie that was provided to us. This was great when we were stuck! We didn't quite make it through in the allotted one hour, but we would definitely do this again... We were very impressed with the quality of puzzles, the displays and the interactive components. Thanks for this great experience!

I recently revisited Trapped Calgary after a less-than-stellar experience a few months back, and I’m thrilled to say this place has completely turned things around! The owner personally reached out to address my previous concerns, which already showed their commitment to customer satisfaction.
But the real magic happened during our latest visit Trapped blew us away!
From the moment we walked in, the staff greeted us with infectious enthusiasm and genuine warmth. Their cheerful energy set the perfect tone for an unforgettable evening. Not only were they fun and engaging, but they went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed and accommodated. It’s clear that the team at Trapped is passionate about creating a fantastic experience for every guest.
The escape rooms themselves were an absolute blast immersive, challenging, and packed with clever puzzles, and a creepy clown that kept us on our toes. The atmosphere was spot-on, pulling us right into the adventure. Every detail, from the room design to the staff’s attentiveness, made this a night to remember.
Trapped Calgary has truly redeemed itself and then some. If you’re looking for a fun, thrilling, and well-executed escape room experience with a team that genuinely cares, this is the place to go. We booked a team event at Trapped for our U15 hockey team and it was fantastic! The kids absolutely love it - the rooms were challenging but fun, and the staff were amazing. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and organized. Everything ran smoothly with no hiccups from start to finish. Highly recommend for team events or group outings!
This was my first escape room but I was with a few people who had done a bunch in both Edmonton and Calgary. The consensus (by a mile) was that this was the best escape room they had done. I was thoroughly impressed by the quality of the props and puzzles and the staff were extremely friendly! I highly recommend this place we will be returning for more puzzles and scares. We did the Egyptian room and it was a blast.
We did the Jack the Ripper room for my daughters 15th birthday, we had been to Trapped once before and the experience was outstanding. The Jack the Ripper room was everything we wanted it to be and so much more. Everyone had a blast and we will be definitely heading back there soon!!
