1. Visit: good service, had hella fun and all worked fine.
2. Visit: I'm pretty sure I did all right but had trouble shooting. Asked for help got them weapons loaded but No explanation or sth. So trouble continued. Then staff started loading the bullets for us and rushing us out cause they wanted to close early.
Overall i think it depends on the weapons, Staff & time you go. Last Time was awesome this time felt a lil wasted.

I’m honestly shocked and disappointed by the experience we had today. Upon entering the establishment with a couple of other groups, my friends and I were singled out and accused of smelling like marijuana despite the fact that no one in our group even smokes cigarettes, let alone anything else. We immediately offered to have our bags checked to clarify any misunderstanding, but the staff refused, stating they “knew it was us” without providing any explanation or evidence. When we asked to speak to the manager, the situation escalated unnecessarily. He raised his voice, and took a defensive and aggressive stance, telling us we were "making it worse" and needed to leave despite the fact that we remained calm and respectful throughout the interaction. It felt discriminatory and completely unjustified. I’ve never experienced this kind of treatment before, and it left a very negative impression. I hope the business takes this feedback seriously and trains their staff to handle such situations more fairly and professionally.
Great place to go shooting.It was my first time using a real gun and it was quite enjoyable. The worker was very friendly and explained everything to us perfectly.
Fun but they don't allow you to shoot your own ammo. Staff is also usually pretty chill if not a little condescending. I wish they'd let you shoot your own ammo but since they're the only indoor range in LA they wouldn't want to lose money. They already charge some pretty steep prices too.
