This was such a fun experience!!! I would have given it 5 stars but I brought my boyfriend here for his Christmas present and I was so sad at the end when I found out the cameras had been down the entire time and didn't film us. I wanted to capture this experience since it was both our first time and it was part of his present. If they had told me the cameras were down I would have rescheduled until they were back up and running. They should really tell people ahead of time since that's part of what you're paying for.

Booking & Cancellation
Our late policy states that arriving less than 5 minutes past your scheduled time will result in a reduced experience duration. For arrivals exceeding 5 minutes late, your booking will be cancelled, a $50 fee will be applied, and any remaining payment will be converted into a voucher for future use. Please note that in the case of a no-show, all payments made for the booking will be entirely forfeited.

Amazing time with Outbreak 2 - lots of action and zombies like left 4 dead! The staff Dennis and Brandon were exceptional, friendly, and explained everything very thoroughly. Strongly impressed!
Came here for my birthday with a few friends and we had THE BEST time! The virtual game felt so real, and it was too much fun. The people working there told us that we walked over 2 miles by playing the game alone; an unexpected exercise for sure haha. The facility was clean and spacious, and the people who helped run the games were friendly and helpful. 10/10 recommend. I look forward to the next time I come!
We had a great time! Definitely recommend it. We played Don't scream!
