I'm torn about my visit to this location. On the one hand, I absolutely loved the vast selection of paintball markers - it was like a kid's dream come true, especially as a veteran looking to buy my first paintball gear! The store had everything I could possibly want. However, my excitement was tempered by the service I received. The young staff member assisting me seemed overwhelmed, constantly switching between helping me and attending to other customers. While I understand that multitasking is part of retail, it felt like I was being neglected. As a result, my checkout process took much longer than expected. Despite the initial thrill of browsing the aisles, my overall experience was marred by the wait times and disjointed service. With a bit more focus on customer attention, this location could truly shine.
Nick and Mike helped me buy my first serious airsoft gun (G36) and kit, and they have more than enough selection for other airsoft guns and gear!!! I will be coming back in the near future for more 😊

Just received my package today, was super excited to get my new tank and marker. Unfortunately I opened the case to my new marker and it was missing pieces one of which is necessary to tune the gun properly. I have a big meet up in less than a week and I'm out a gun at this point which is not what someone wants to deal with. Sawyer was awesome though I guess the tank I wanted was out of stock and he fixed that situation before they sent things out. I will update this review to a 5 star when they fix the gun issue. Update: ANS team helped track down some parts to make the situation right. I appreciate their willingness and effort in the matter. Come to find out it's an ongoing issue with the manufacturer and not their staff. Thanks again Jessie and Sawyer and the rest of the crew for your help
Nick and Sawyer have been great to deal with. They helped walk me through the return process and gave me advice on how to do it. Quick response . Very straight forward and honest people to deal with. Will continue to do business with these people. Thanks again !
#1 Paintball Shop Went to ANS Gear for the first time and it was cool. Andrew was super helpful and knew his stuff. As a newbie, I had a lot of questions and he patiently explained everything. Got the perfect kit and some tips to get started. If you're into paintball, check them out.
