Booking & Cancellation
Cancellations made within 7 days of the game date are strictly non-refundable. For bookings outside this 7-day window, a 50% refund is available upon cancellation. A full 100% refund is only offered if a booking, made at least 14 days in advance, is cancelled within 24 hours of its creation. All cancellations must be submitted via email. Date changes require 20 days' notice and incur a £20 administration fee. Events cancelled due to circumstances beyond control, such as severe weather or government restrictions, will not receive refunds but will be offered alternative dates. Large group bookings (50+ players) require a minimum of 3 months' notice for a 50% refund; cancellations within 3 months are not eligible for a refund.

Done the kids version today for a friend's birthday and had a ball it was very cold but you don't notice it because of the running around well worth the price
Fantastic day out. Food and drink supplied. Guns and ammo very reasonably priced. For a person like myself who'd never shot a spud gun let alone a BB gun everything was thoroughly explained. Very professional.
Great venue but too far away to travel regularly. Wish there was one closer
