At Urban Xtreme, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a refund or to reschedule your booking once. If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours, please email info@urbanxtreme.co.uk. Deposits are non-refundable if fewer people attend than expected. No-shows will lose their deposit or payment. Vouchers and gift vouchers are non-refundable. In the rare event Urban Xtreme cancels, a full refund or alternative appointment will be offered.

Did a rage room and axe throwing with my son for half term. The team were great and really helpful. We were delayed due to the m25 (no more needs to be said!) and they were still able to fit us in and were more than happy to help. We had a great experience overall and would recommend this to anyone. Only downside was finding the parking but got there in the end!
Second time we have been and my daughter loved it. We did the smash room (rage room). Staff friendly and lots of fun. We drove all the way from Kent 1hr 20 mins away. Would highly recommend.
This was our first visit, and we were pleasantly surprised by how much we enjoyed it! We opted for the rage room, which was incredible, especially with the option to pick our own music. Emily and Rob were wonderful hosts, making us feel right at home. We can't wait to return! I highly recommend this place; it's great for everyone aged 8 and up, making it ideal for couples, small groups, and families.
