Absolutely Awesome First-Time Axe Throwing Experience at Tex Axe!
This was my first time ever trying axe throwing, and Tex Axe blew me away! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcomed and totally at ease. The atmosphere was fun, energetic, and surprisingly relaxing — perfect for beginners and seasoned throwers alike.
Our axe coach was not only knowledgeable and patient, but also made the experience a blast with games, challenges, and great tips. Within minutes, I went from “no clue what I’m doing” to actually sticking axes on the board!
Everything was clean, well-organized, and safe. They had a great mix of music, cold drinks, and a competitive yet friendly vibe that kept us laughing the whole time.
If you’ve never tried axe throwing before, Tex Axe is the place to go. Whether it’s a date night, group outing, or just something new to try — you won’t regret it. We’ll definitely be back!

The staff members are very friendly and welcoming. They first taught me how to throw the axe, then the dagger, and finally the ninja star. I really enjoyed the vibe and the experience overall.
Amazing Staff! Super friendly and helpful! My daughter absolutely loved it! So glad they let kids throw at age 8! Thank you for the extra time teaching Lilly how to throw and being patient with her until she finally stuck one! Will be back many times for sure!!
Lots of fun, groups make it more enjoyable. Nice staff and relaxing environment. Worth the experience. Become a master ninja in 30 mins.
