What is paintball and how is it played?

Paintball is an action-packed game similar to 'Capture The Flag' where teams use paint markers to tag opponents. It combines strategy, excitement, and fun, typically involving multiple games throughout the day in a wooded field setting.

Are there any age restrictions for playing paintball?

Paintball is suitable for players aged 7 to 80 years old. Players under 18 are required to have an online Release of Liability Form filled out. We also offer low impact paintball which is great for younger guests.

How safe is paintball?

Paintball is considered one of the safest participatory sports when standard safety rules and proper equipment are used. Players must always wear protective goggles and masks on the field, and barrel socks are required off-field. Our fields enforce strict safety guidelines with staff overseeing play.

Does getting hit by a paintball hurt?

Getting hit by a paintball can cause a bit of a sting. Our staff are on the field to minimize close-range shots. We also offer low impact paintball, which uses smaller paintballs and lighter equipment to reduce the impact and eliminate bruises and welts.

What should I wear or bring for a paintball session?

We recommend wearing dark clothing or camouflage, high-top sneakers or boots, and bringing an extra change of clothes. While we supply all necessary equipment, you are welcome to bring your own food and drinks, or purchase concessions on site.

Can I bring my own paintball equipment and paintballs?

You may bring your own paintball gun (no full auto or burst modes) and goggles, provided they are manufactured specifically for paintball with a full face mask and ear protection. However, all paintballs must be purchased from Tank’s Paintball Park, as we are a field paint ONLY facility.

If I could leave a -5 star I would. Nobody guided us on what to do, they just sold us the paint balls and sent us on our way alone not telling us anything, we had to ask every step of the way in what to do! We went for my son’s 10th birthday and it was not a good experience at all. Don’t recommend! Not one bit!

We had an awesome time at Tanks Paintball for my kid’s birthday party! The staff was super friendly and made sure everyone had fun and stayed safe. The fields were exciting, and the kids haven’t stopped talking about it since. Highly recommend for family fun or parties!

Booking & Cancellation

Cancellations for events must be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled event time to receive a deposit refund. If an event is canceled within 72 hours of the scheduled time, the deposit becomes non-refundable. In such cases, guests have the option to reschedule their event to utilize their deposit.

Had a great experience with TANK paintball this weekend. They came out on site and set up a jelly ball booth for our 13th anniversary celebration. Customers thoroughly enjoyed it and the process was fantastically smooth. We have also had team events at their location and the employees thoroughly enjoyed it. Very positive experience every time I’ve dealt with him!

We had my son’s 9th birthday party here and we could not have picked a better location. The boys played for 2 hours with breaks in between, enough time for snack break, water break and cupcake break. The young guy teaching the boys was so patient, and kind, and talked with them the whole way through. The owner came out and made sure we had everything we needed. This place is a blast. If I could give 10 starts I would!

We went for my niece's birthday and we had a blast. We had so much fun. We got the One Hour Private Paintball Party for 6 people and it was great. We had enough time for a couple of games and to try out two different courses. The one with the buildings is awesome. The guy who was helping us, I believe his name is Jacob, was super great and helpful.
