Standard tickets are eligible for a full refund if canceled at least 48 hours prior to the booking time, which can be done through the 'manage my booking' link in your confirmation email. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking, or for tickets purchased within that 48-hour window, are non-refundable. No-shows also forfeit their payment. For special packages like kids' birthday parties or school bookings, a full refund is available for cancellations or size reductions made 72 hours in advance. Rescheduling for these packages is possible up to 48 hours prior. For full venue hire or other large group packages, a 20% non-refundable deposit applies, with the remaining 80% refundable if canceled at least two weeks before the event. Rescheduling for these larger events is permitted up to one week in advance.

My son and I came to play Angry Birds and The Floor is Lava. The emails from the company provided every detail needed. We had a great time. The staff was very attentive and this was worth the experience. I highly recommend.
Came for a quick trip, and was fun. Definitely enjoyed the floor is lava. Great place. Ms. Chansi was great. If you can learn to gage your jumps, you can be good at it. 💙💙 I’d do this again.
