Break Life Houston has a strict no-refund policy; all sales are final. If you need to cancel, no refunds will be issued, but you will receive a credit for a future reservation at the original location. They do offer one complimentary reschedule for bookings. Any subsequent reschedules will incur a $29 fee.

Had suchhh a great experience. Terrell helped us through the whole process and he just had such a warm & open vibe. I’m a 19 year old girl & I could tell he had 2 daughters just because of how kind & warm he was. Great guy & great place. He even got my mom to smile/warm up & she’s pretty shy. Also the sign was so so cute. 100/10 will recommend
Great experience, safe family atmosphere!! Amazing customer service, fun environment, and their staff member Kendall made sure went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. There were several photo ops, well designed changing areas, lockers, and they provide protective equipment. We did the 30-minute break room, I would recommend it as a fun activity for couples, teams, or anyone who wants to blow off some steam. Thanks and we will be back!
Our experience here was nothing short of amazing. My girlfriend and I went for a surprise valentines day paint session. Darell and the entire staff were so welconing and helpful from the moment I called. He helped me setup details for our private session and gave suggestions to make it unique. The day was amazing and we even got mimosas and a personalized sign I didn't know would happen. The canvas we created will be in our home forever. Highly recommend to anyone who enjoys a great time. They really treat you like they've known you you're whole life.
