From the very first moment we walked in, the experience was exceptional. The staff gave us a clear, detailed explanation of every program, what each option included, and the costs—no confusion, no surprises. They were incredibly accommodating, letting us bring in outside characters, our own birthday cake, and other personal touches, while still providing food from their kitchen as part of the package.
What truly sets Velix apart is their communication and preparation. Every other week leading up to the party, the staff checked in with us to make sure everything was perfect—confirming decorations, room size, waivers, timelines, and every last detail. By the time the party arrived, everything was 100% laid out so we could simply show up and enjoy ourselves instead of working or stressing.
On the day of the party, the staff was extremely congenial, professional, and attentive. They handled everything seamlessly. We didn’t have to lift a finger—just enjoy watching our three daughters and our guests have the most fun we’ve ever had at a children’s birthday party. We hosted about 60 people, and the event ran flawlessly from start to finish.
We cannot thank the Velix team enough. They went above and beyond in every possible way, delivered an outstanding experience, and created memories our family will never forget. We truly appreciate everything they did and wish them nothing but continued success—and an outstanding 2026.

Went here with my boys (6 & 8yo) for the first time today. They’ve had so much fun. This place is the right size where I can let them run off without me and me not be worried about losing them. This place is soo clean! People constantly sanitizing. Nice cafe area where adults can plug in and get some work done if needed. We’ll definitely be back!

The kids loved Vellix. I honestly didn't think we would stay that long, but we ended up spending over 3 hours here. The VR, and interactive trampoline games were so much fun, add in the zipline and ropes obstacle course, and a great time was had by all. Highly recommend to anyone looking for something different for yourself and the kids. They even have a cool cafe with great food.
Where do I even start! I am so pleased with the level of service my family and guests received during our son’s Birthday event! We were accommodated to the 9! Facility is clean and there are plenty of staff members serving in every area making the time spent functional and enjoyable for everyone! They have an array of activities from traditional jumping, jumping basketball to harnessed obstacle courses! And did I mention VR? We truly can not be more pleased with the entire event! Thank you to the entire Vellix team for serving us so well!
Great kid-friendly spot! The place is spotless, and the staff are friendly and attentive. There are plenty of play stations to keep kids entertained for hours. My little ones had such a blast they didn’t want to leave! We’ll definitely be back, maybe for a birthday party.
