Red Door Escape Room operates with a general policy that all purchases are non-refundable. To provide flexibility, cancellation protection is available and highly recommended. If you opt for cancellation protection, it covers everyone in your booking, allowing for a full refund or rescheduling of your reservation. This must be done at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled game time. Without this protection, all sales are final, and no refunds or rescheduling will be permitted. For specific event bookings, such as team building, headcount changes must be finalized no later than 48 hours before the event date, with no refunds for changes made after this period.

The two of us did Entrapment. It was a lot of fun with clever puzzles and multiple rooms. We have done over 30 escape rooms and this one ranks pretty high. Wish I could remember our game master's name because she was great. We would definitely come back to do another room. Well we went back today and played Prison Break and The Gift. Both great rooms with good puzzles that were challenging but not impossible and multiple rooms. Our game master, Oliver, was great giving just enough of a clue when we asked. This is on our list next time we are in the Dallas area.
Great escape rooms with plenty of new ideas each time! The environment is welcoming and impressively put together. Huge shoutout to Theo, our game master, who made the whole experience even better! Friendly, personable, and really added to the fun. Can’t wait to come back soon!
We were able to escape The Gift with about 7 minutes to spare. Of course, we had to have a handful of clues, but we did pretty well! This was the second event of my friend’s bachelorette party, and I’m so glad we went! At previous escape rooms I’ve been to, things didn’t work properly or were broken. Everything was perfect at this place! We were always so shocked when something fell down or opened up when we got something right. I highly recommend this place, even though it costs a little more than others. It is 100% worth the price! Edit: I went for a birthday event for a friend. It was just 3 of us. The only thing I will mention is that the escape room guide can really make or break the experience…
