Decided to start balling again and all I needed was a new marker. Decided to hit the mazen webpage to find myself a 180R and get it shipped before the weekend so I could play. Order placed. Order confirmed. Confirmation the package would be here ASAP. Turns out my package was accidentally misplaced for a Mail Drop at the wrong shipping center. Grey gave me a very apologetic call and offered me 2 options, both of which were amazing. I got a discount, they ate the over night shipping cost, and my marker got the works. No harm, no foul. I was completely taken care of AND it still arrived before I needed it. Trust.
