Disappointing Experience - Felt Unwelcome and Overcharged
I have to agree with other reviews about this place being overpriced. Unfortunately, my experience wasn't worth the cost.
The space itself is very large but feels oddly empty and impersonal, which didn't create a comfortable or inviting atmosphere.
The biggest issue for me was the service. There are a lot of employees, but they didn't seem attentive to customers. Instead, I noticed groups of them socializing and frequently staring at guests. It wasn't a friendly or welcoming feeling, it felt more like we were being watched, which made the experience awkward.
Their pricing model also adds to the frustration. Nearly everything is an extra charge, so the costs add up quickly without feeling like you're getting good value.
Overall, the focus seemed to be more on transactions than on customer experience. I left feeling overcharged and unwelcome, and I won't be returning.

Giving 2/5 stars because our party host Trace did go above and beyond to try and make our experience better. Launch was also very clean.That being said there is opportunity for better organization when there are a lot of parties going on. When we first came in the person at the front desk assumed we were with another party; I’m guessing because we were all the same race. We ordered food that never came but was given to other people who ordered after us. When we addressed the matter the attendant brought out our food with an attitude. I do think this can be a great party place. I just wish our experience was better for the amount of money we spent.

At Launch Family Entertainment, all jump ticket purchases are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable. For parties and group events, a 50% deposit is required and is non-refundable. However, if you need to cancel a party, our team will work with you to reschedule your event within one year of the original booking date, and your deposit will be applied to the rescheduled party. Each Launch location is independently owned, so contact your specific location for any independent policies.

It was our first time at Launch and Cristi was awesome! She helped us with all the questions we had and made it a very smooth experience, we are already planning our next trip! We have kids from ages 4-13 and everyone had a blast! I love that they have a separate area for the little ones.
We love Launch Entertainment! This is our second time bringing all four of our kids and it’s quickly become one of our favorite places. The space feels super clean, organized, and easy to navigate. The layout is great — the kids LOVE the zip lining and trampolines, and we had a blast bowling as a family. Since our first visit about a month and a half ago, the kids have asked to come back every single weekend. Anytime we ask where they want to go, the answer is the same: “Launch! Launch! Launch!” There were a couple of birthday parties happening during our visit and everything looked well-run and fun. Prices are very reasonable for everything included, and the overall experience has been amazing both times. Highly recommend for families — and we’ll definitely be back soon… maybe even for a birthday party of our own!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Launch Entertainment in Lewisville is the perfect place for family fun! The whole facility is super clean, spacious, and packed with activities for all ages. Our kids had an amazing time bouncing on the trampolines, bowling, and tackling the gravity ropes course—there’s truly something for everyone. Huge shoutout to Hunter and Troy for their awesome customer service. They were friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience even better. And big recognition to Maggie, who was working hard the entire time keeping the place spotless. It really shows and makes a difference! The location is convenient, the pizza was delicious, and the blue ICEEs were a hit with the whole family. We had such a great time and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for indoor family fun! My only recommendation would be to get some big ticket prize items to spend all these tickets on!!
