It was pretty fun, we came early in the morning and it was not too busy which was great! The family and I loved it, Delina was amazing. I will definitely be coming back for the holidays.
This place was very small with very little games to do. I’m not sure why the hype about this place was so big on social media, but we were completely disappointed upon arriving. The boxing game was not working and most of the sound on the games did not work as well. This was by far the most boring immersive thing I’ve been to. If you’re looking for something fun, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!! There’s another place called activate games, which is way more fun and absolutely cheaper per person as well. We traveled from Fort Worth and we were not happy with this place.

The facilities are top-notch, offering a variety of fun, high-energy games and activities that truly live up to the "Active" name. They have a variety of indoor sports like boxing, soccer, basketball, table tennis and pickleball. My personal choice was indoor paragliding and skiing. The entire staff was welcoming and helpful, but I want to give a special shout-out to Jaden, who went above and beyond to make our visit perfect.
Me and the family had a blast at Active Arena!! Shout out to Bana she was the BEST employee, super friendly, and always excited to help. The whole team was great, and the vibes were great as well. (Bana is not an actual employee, just the manager’s sister visiting)
Prob more like 4.5 stars - but overall lots of fun for me and my little dude. Number of activities to check out. Staff was great also. Overall a good time, and busy but not insanely crowded. I don’t know what the capacity is .. but if it were too full I could def say it would probably dampen the experience. Note: paragliding thing is for ages 13+
