What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

For public tours, tickets are 100% refundable if canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour. Cancellations made within 24 hours allow for rescheduling to a future date. For private events, a 3-day advance cancellation is required for a refund. Contact us via email or phone/text/WhatsApp for assistance.

Are your tours wheelchair accessible?

Yes, all our routes are 100% wheelchair accessible, and we pride ourselves on being an inclusive experience provider.

What happens if it rains or snows?

Our tours run in all weather conditions, so please dress appropriately. In cases of extreme weather where we cancel the tour, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided. We also offer tour cancellation insurance for private events.

Do I have to participate in the murder mystery game?

No, participation is optional. You can choose to be an active detective or simply enjoy the experience as an audience member.

Where do the tours start and end?

Tours typically start at 800 N. Michigan Avenue and end a short walk away at The Drake Hotel. Private groups can customize their start and end points.

Can I bring my children or service animals on the tour?

Our tours are designed to be family-friendly and stroller-accessible. Service animals are also welcome, provided they are on a leash or harness.

Are food and drinks included in the tour price?

Listed food tour prices do not include alcohol, but guests can purchase alcoholic beverages at stops. Food is included in the 'Murder Mystery Food Tour' and 'Private Food Package' options.

Andre the owner and guide of our murder mystery walking tour put on an excellent performance with our fictional case revolving around real historic Chicago figures. He also included interesting historical non-case related facts and info on the Chicago sites we passed by. Our group of 6 had an excellent evening out. Would highly recommend for a unique walking tour and live murder mystery gaming experience!! Tour lasted around 90 minutes and covered probably around a mile of walking.

Chicago Murder Mystery Tour led by Andre is by far one of the most refreshing and unique tours in the beautiful city of Chicago. Over the course of 2.5 miles, we walked through history, chilling murder stories, and even some funny gossip that brought the past to life. What makes this tour truly one of a kind is the interactive experience, pencil and paper in hand, with laminated scripts that contain the actual confessions of suspects after murders occurred. Andre guides you with energy, knowledge, and a flair for storytelling that keeps you hooked from start to finish. If you’re looking for something different in Chicago, beyond the usual sights, this is the tour to take. It’s educational, entertaining, and unforgettable. Highly recommend!

Arieyl did a PHENOMENAL job with the walking Murder Mystery tour!!! We’re solved the who-dunnit with our group of 4 bachelorette party which was joined by 3 other ladies. It’s definitely more fun when everyone participates in the investigation and “interviews” 🧐 Our tour guide was super knowledgeable and honestly had so many tidbits and factoids and stories that were both related and also not related to our clues. This is a 10/10 way to explore Chi-town for sure!
