Booking & Cancellation
For group bookings (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond Packages, and Bucks/Hens Parties), a 30% deposit is required, and the remaining balance is due 5 or 14 days prior, depending on the package. Cancellations for these group packages are non-refundable. Refunds are not provided for a decrease in booked participants, but a credit for additional food, beverage, or merchandise may be issued. For one-hour sessions (Standard, Date/Mate Night, Family Pass, Forty-Buck Chuck, 2-4-1 Monday), full payment is required at booking and is non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable but can be reissued as a credit or date transfer. Date transfer requests are subject to availability, and original terms apply. If a group size decreases below the minimum lane size within 5 days of the event, the minimum charge for the original lanes will still apply.

Last minute decision to go. It happened to be 2 for 1 on a Monday. Chloe, our host/instructor was fantastic, informative, helpful and funny. We had the BEST time!
First time trying this and we had a ball. Will be coming back for sure. Chloe our host was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful to us. It was great to see another company that accepts a companion card.
Just wanted to give big props to the bloke that was doing all sections and running back and forth on his own! (Didn’t catch a name terribly sorry) but He never lost his cool even though there was a lot people in there. Appreciated the professionalism and kindness! Made the experience fun.
