Booking & Cancellation
Bookings require a deposit or full payment upfront. If you cancel more than 31 days before your event, you'll receive a full refund minus the deposit. Cancellations made 31 days or less before the event date are non-refundable, and the deposit will be forfeited. Reductions in group size also incur cancellation charges. Flexi-Date options allow rescheduling up to two weeks prior, but bookings cannot be rescheduled within 14 days of the event. Special conditions apply for weather-dependent activities and certain high-performance events, where rescheduling or credit vouchers are offered instead of refunds.
