Visited the Anger Room and was underwhelmed by the experience. It cost $84 for two people, and we were each given a small bin of glass bottles (about 6–10 jars each). The staff were friendly enough, but the explanation of the room was brief, so the instructions felt a bit unclear. We ended up just taking turns throwing bottles at the designated wall until we ran out. A few bottles even bounced back toward us and were hit with shards of glass, though no injuries. Since you do sign a waiver, I’d recommend wearing the safety gear provided as it isn’t enforced. That said, the safety gear itself was very worn down, falling apart, and dirty. After we finished with the bottles, we weren’t really sure what to do next and found ourselves standing around with over 20 mins still left of our allotted time. The floor was covered in piles of broken glass and garbage, so we decided not to walk on it to smash anything further as we weren’t sure if that was even allowed based on the brief instructions given. Overall, I wouldn’t say the experience really fulfilled the purpose of relieving stress or frustration. For future visitors, I’d recommend bringing your own items to smash, as the add-ons available there are expensive on top of the already costly admission.
We visited the anger room today. While it was fun overall, we felt it was much more dangerous than expected. On several occasions, glass ricocheted back toward us, and we ended up with glass shards in our clothes and hair afterward. I don’t usually leave reviews but thought this might be helpful for others too

For the anger room - we had a good time but it was really expensive ($80 for 2 people and 30 min total) given that you get one small tub each of glass bottles to break and there’s nothing larger in the room to smash, just a couple of large tires and already-smashed debris. We had fun and there aren’t other smash rooms in the area, so if you have your heart set on an anger room (as I did), this works. But I wouldn’t go again or recommend it based on the price vs value.
For a first time rager and escapee, I had a great time. I had more fun watching my kids smash and crash, than anything! The heat was broken, so I was a little chilly in the escape room. Otherwise, it was great fun!
It was such a busy day it being Black Friday, the rush hour traffic to get to the Anger Room was horrific. Samira and Amy accommodated us even after 30 minutes late. I've read the reviews and wanted to prepare myself some cushion (winter jacket) as a buffer. Helmet and gloves were provided. Although would be great to provide protective clothing for rent, nobody got injured during our session. They gave us some extra to let more of our frustrations out. It definitely helped. They had a bluetooth speaker that blasted music to get the vibe going. They even gave a heartwarming card to us. They of course read the reviews. Let's atleast appreciate that we have this one of a kind of place (that nowhere else has in Vancouver) to smash things. ***PREPARE PANTS AND BUFFER GEAR FOR YOURSELF IF YOU READ THIS, and if you're an anxiety safety-first person like me***
