What is Escapology and what kind of experience can I expect?

Escapology is the world's largest escape room franchise. You'll find hidden clues, crack codes, and solve puzzles in a private, themed room during a thrilling 60-minute experience, aiming to escape before time runs out.

How long does the entire experience take?

You should allow 90 minutes for your visit, which includes 15 minutes for check-in before your game and the 60-minute game itself.

How can I book a game?

You can easily book online by clicking the 'BOOK NOW' button on our site and selecting your preferred game and location, or you can call us to reserve your game over the phone.

What happens if I arrive late for my game?

Games start promptly at their scheduled time. If you arrive late, you will have less time to play, and unfortunately, we cannot offer discounts or refunds for late arrivals.

Can I use my cell phone during the game?

You are welcome to use your cell phone in our lobby during check-in. However, for an immersive experience and to prevent spoiling puzzles, cell phones and other electronic devices are strictly prohibited inside the escape rooms.

Are the escape rooms truly locked?

No, for your safety, our escape rooms are never locked. You are free to exit the room at any time, though our immersive environments might make you feel otherwise!

Is there a dress code?

There is no specific dress code. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and footwear so you can fully focus on enjoying the game.

Had a great time doing Lost City!! Game master was supper attentive and helped us out when needed!! Eric & Maddie were working tonight and were so friendly, they truly made it a wonderful experience. I definitely recommend coming here!

We had an AWESOME time. It was much harder than we expected...but very well laid out! We didn't want it to be easy, the challenge was great! Our game-master, Megan, gave us great instructions and gave us help when we asked. We will recommend Escapeology to everyone 👍 😀

by far, the best escape room in Lakeland does not compare to lakeland escape room. Alexis and Madi were the sweetest and helped us so much when we were stuck!!!! Will definitely be coming back next weekend. 🥰🥰❤️ 10/10

Amazing experience. Took our whole team so no one was left out. Super staff. Friendly. So helpful with clues! Made it out barely with 2-1/2 minutes to go!

Went today for my boyfriends 25th birthday and omg we had such amazing time! Both Abby and Eric were so engaging and sweet. They gave us such an amazing experience. It was incredible! We did the chemical warfare and it was our first ever escape room and it was difficult but very fun. Absolutely worth it! We are looking forward to coming back next week!
